Both were created on the same day and share the same price point. Empty official blurbs mean you should confirm the live multiplier behavior in your own client after purchase — multipliers can be account-wide, pet-income only, or unbox-timer only depending on how the experience wires them.

What each pass is for

X2 MONEY!

Name implies a cash income multiplier. In a pet-income tycoon, that usually means Verity Pets on your base generate money faster, which shortens the wait between treadmill upgrades, pet slots, trails, and defensive base buys. It does not replace Speed training. A doubled wallet with a slow character still drops boxes to faster rivals.

Best buyers:

• Players who already understand Getting Started and can keep pets alive using How to Protect Your Base.
• Grinders who spend most of a session collecting income rather than learning routes.
• Anyone funding repeated treadmill Speed blocks after they stop dying with empty hands.

Skip or delay if:

• You still lose every contested steal — fix routes in How to Steal Boxes first.
• Your base is an open buffet — doubles income for thieves as much as for you.
• You have not claimed Index progress or cleaned junk pets via How to Sell Pets.

X2 Unbox Speed!

Name implies faster box opening / unbox timers. That matters when you chain Monster Verity steals and want pets on the plot sooner so income starts ticking. It is less valuable if you only open one box every few minutes, and more valuable during update nights when you farm volume.

Best buyers:

• Session farmers who return with boxes constantly.
• Players pushing Pet Index completion across worlds.
• Anyone whose bottleneck is hatch/open time rather than Speed or defense.

Skip or delay if your bottleneck is reaching deeper Speed checkpoints in Worlds and Checkpoints — unbox speed will not walk you into a blue-stage zone.

F2P path that still works

You do not need either pass to climb. The free loop still wins when you:

1. Stabilize early pets and treadmill buys (Getting Started).
2. Learn Monster Verity colors and safe returns (Steal Boxes).

Stacking, value, and opportunity cost

At 149 Robux each, buying both is 298 Robux before any sale tax on limiteds you might sell to fund them. Ask whether that money would buy more progress as:
